# Password Reset

## How to reset my password?

If you are having a difficult time remembering your password, you can reset it using the link below:

You will need to click 'Forgot Password' here:

Our system will send you an automated email with instructions on how to set up a new password.

If you have not received an email from Morressier, here are the most common causes and solutions to this problem:

- Our email landed in the spam folder. Please check it to make sure it's not sitting there.
- Your email is not registered with us. Please check other email accounts belonging to you or your colleagues to see if the invitation has been sent somewhere else.
- Your email server may be blocking our communications. In this case, you have to add morressier.com to your email white list.
