Making Decisions on Abstracts

How to make a decision on an Abstract submission, and notify the authors of this

Once an author has submitted their abstract(s), it will appear in the 'Abstracts' tab. It is here that you can view the submissions, and make decision on them.

Once the content of the abstract has been reviewed, you can see the different options for your decision in the drop-down menu here:

Once you have made your decision on an abstract, you will see a 'Notify Author' button appear at the top of the abstract list:

Clicking this will send an email to the authors, letting them know what the decision on their submission is. 

Note - this action can be done in bulk if you would like to let all authors know about their submission at the same time.

Once you have used the 'Notify Author' function, you will see the Status of the submission change from 'Decided' to 'Notified':
