What Kind of Support Can I Expect?

What kind of customer support will Morressier offer?

Morressier is here to offer end-to-end support in helping manage the workflow of your conference. This includes everything from the first time an abstract is considered for publication at a conference, to the time a poster or presentation is presented, right through to the publication of conference proceedings, journals, digital libraries, and more.

Active customer support throughout your Morressier experience is a core part of what we offer with our platform and we are able to customize support as part of our services.

We have a specified and dedicated Customer Support team on hand to help, no matter the size of the engagement, or which of our products you are using.

We support your members, authors and attendees with their user experience through our 24/5 chat-based service to ensure timely assistance with any issues that may arise.

We understand the different users of our platform are going to have different needs to optimize their experience with us. As such, our customer support is accessible and catered to the individual.

As an Organizer:

  • We are on hand to help with setting up your Call for Paper/Call for Abstracts through the Morressier platform

  • We can help you in conducting the review process, and you can access a series of easy-to-follow articles on inviting reviewers, assigning submissions, and making decisions on papers/abstracts

  • We can also guide you in the organization of your publication before it is sent off to publishers

  • We are on hand to help all those taking part in your conference to enjoy the platform easily and efficiently

  • You can contact us anytime through support@morressier.com or via the chat function (bottom right hand corner whilst using morressier.com)

As an Author:

  • We provide comprehensive step-by-step guides on how to upload your work

  • We can give immediate help through the chat icon in the bottom right of the webpage 24 hours a day, Monday - Friday

  • You will be emailed updates on your work via email such as when you have been invited to submit, or are required to make changes

  • We are available for any other technical questions you may have through support@morressier.com

As a Reviewer:

  • We can guide you through the process of setting up your account, choosing your areas of expertise, and leaving your reviews through a series of comprehensive articles on how to use our platform

  • You will receive emails notifying you when you have been invited to review, and once papers or abstracts have been assigned to you.

  • We are always available to help through our online chat function, or by emailing support@morressier.com


If using our platform to host a live conference, the support doesn't stop once the submission process is over. Our team is here to walk you through the process of running a Conference from conception to completion.

Representatives from Morressier are there to:

  • ensure maximum participation from your Author and Presenter community

  • provide training for Chairs and Speakers

  • closely monitor your Conference to ensure seamless transitions/timing

  • provide technical support during live Conference

  • continue to remain available post-Conference for questions related to content access, as well as data and analytics generated
