If you have received an email that asks you to upload the Presentation material (a Poster and/or a Video Presentation) before a Conference, but you are not responsible for uploading it, you can add another Contributor as a Co-Author during the Submission process.

  1. Please log in here:
    - go to My submissions,
    - navigate to the Presentation Material tab,
    - click on Submit.

  2. Scroll down until you see the Invite Co-authors field and click on Add co-authors.
    Ignore all the other fields.

  3. Add the name and email address of the person who is responsible for the upload and press Continue.

  4. Ignore the Complete Submission button - you can just close the Submission window.


    The author will receive an email with their login, and from there they will also be able to upload the Content.
