Our pricing has two core components:

  • Per meeting fee or Annual fee for multiple meetings/conference portfolios
  • Variable fee based on documents processed and hosted (number of posters/presentations)
  • Large-scale, more complex integrations that require premium features might carry a one-time implementation fee, but the majority of our partners do not require this and benefit from our robust list of core offerings.

There are no hidden fees, and all partners receive our unparalleled customer service and support — before, during, and after their conference.
